Claire Hughes is your full-time Practice Nurse. She will manage conditions such as asthma, diabetes or prescribed high blood pressure. Her appointments will include a minor illness service for patients requesting same day urgent appointments, or who are looking for telephone advice. She will also offer the more ‘traditional’ nursing services such as blood sampling, dressings, stitch removal, immunisations, smears, travel advice and diagnose and prescribe medication for minor illnesses. |
